How long is the call with Santa?

Calls vary from 10 - 20 minutes, based on the package you purchase.

Can I schedule a longer call just for my family with Santa?

Yes, simply select the Comet multi-family 20 minute session in the scheduler. If a call is desired for longer than 20 minutes, please contact BringSantaHome at for coordination.

How soon after the call with Santa will I receive my recording of the call?

If you purchased a recording of your call, a link to the recording file will be emailed out within 72 hours after the call. Santa's elves will do some video editing of the recording for a more pleasant viewing experience for future repeat viewings.

What is the minimum age to schedule a call with Santa?

18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 years of age will need a parent or guardian to schedule the call for them.

How will the call be personalized?

When scheduling the call, a questionnaire for each child participating in the call. The responses will be used by Santa to talk to each child directly. The more detail that can be provided in the answers to the questionnaire will help create a more magical experience for your child.

What equipment is needed for the call with Santa?

A laptop, desktop, phone, or tablet, with a camera, stable internet connection, and browser access. The call will be made using a Zoom link, but it is not necessary to download Zoom prior to the call. The link will allow access to the call directly through a browser.

Can I reschedule my call after booking?

Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded. Calls can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Any calls booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not have an option to reschedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds for call cancellation. Calls can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Any calls booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not have an option to reschedule.

How long will it take to receive the custom gifts of Santa’s letter, "Nice list " or "Naughty list" Certificate, and Santa’s driver license?

BringSantaHome will ship all packages to enable deliveries prior to Christmas eve.  Shipping times may vary during the Christmas Season. To ensure all packages are received before Christmas, packages must be purchased no later than December 17th.  Following December 17th, BringSantaHome can not guarantee delivery prior to December 25th.

How are the custom gifts shipped?

All custom gifts are shipped in a large white 9”x12” envelope. The Santa letter and "Nice list" & "Naughty list" certificates will be sealed within a gold envelope, postmarked from the 'North Pole', and sealed with Santa’s wax seal. Santa’s driver license will be sealed within a small red envelope marked “Adult Eyes Only”. All custom gifts are mailed via USPS.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes, gift certificates can be purchased for use on Virtual calls with Santa, or products if purchased at the time of booking a call with Santa. Gift certificates can not be used when purchasing A la Carte custom gifts. This link will take you directly to the page for gift certificate purchase.

Can I purchase the Santa’s license, Santa letter,  "Nice list" and/or "Naughty list" certificates without purchasing a video call session with Santa?

Yes, every item can be purchased individually. Please remember, the discount only applies on individual items when purchased at the same time as purchasing a video call with Santa package. Select this link to purchase custom gifts without purchasing a video call session.
